Menu Pricing and Payment Details

All Menu Prices for Dolphin cruises on this WebSite are inclusive of GST

Unless otherwise stated all Menus require a deposit of $10 per person within 14 days of Booking with the balance payable in full no less than 14 days prior to the Cruise date.

Deposit Exceptions:

The Starlight Christmas Buffet and Simply Christmas Menus require a $20 deposit per person with the balance payable within 14 days prior to the Cruise date

Please note that a Booking is not confirmed until a deposit
has been paid as set out above.

Lunchtime Dolphin Cruises (excl Sundays)

Require a minimum of 20 adults for the 1st booking. Subsequent bookings may be for any number of passengers including Groups or Individuals, subject to seating limits.

The first Group making the booking as above will determine the menu choice and departure time for the Dolphin Cruise.

Dinner Cruises

Require a minimum of 30 Adults for the 1st booking. Subsequent bookings may be for any number of passengers including Groups or Individuals.

The first Group making the booking as above will determine the menu choice and the departure time for the Cruise.

A Professional DJ is available at an extra cost by arrangement

How to Book your Dolphin Cruise

Christmas Function Bookings for Nov/Dec

For a Friday or Saturday night in November and December the Menus available are only the Starlight Christmas Buffet & the Simply Christmas Menu with no alteration to passenger numbers 30 days or less prior to the Cruise date.

For all other nights during those two months all menus are available.

Changes to Cruise Schedules

Cruise times and meal arrangements, contained on this web site and other advertising materials, are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

Upon cancellation of a booking, deposits will only be refunded when we have another definite booking for the same time and date as the booking being cancelled.Upon cancellation within 30 days of the Cruise date, no refund of deposits will be made.

In the event of cancellation of Cruises and Functions for any reason by Dolphin Explorer a full refund of deposits and payments will be made upon advice of cancellation.
